The data that the interested party transmits to Hadar Training SH.P.K. in commercial relations,
or through the site, they may be processed for the following purposes, connected to the service offered
and exclusively within it:

Depending on the purpose considered, the legal basis of the processing is the law, the contract with the interested party, the legitimate interest of the owner or the consent of the interested party. The legitimate interests pursued by the owner consist in direct marketing (within the permitted limits
by law), in verifying the functionality of the site and its improvement, in the protection of company assets and in the optimization of commercial communications.

The processing is carried out by means of any operation or set of operations, carried out with the aid of automated processes and also in analog mode, applied to personal data or to sets of personal data, adopting the appropriate security measures, aimed at preventing illicit use. or loss of data, as well as unauthorized access.
